Cero (semolina) Indian style

    Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

10 heaped dessert spoons of semolina
7 dessert spoons of ghee
6 whole almonds (chopped)
? teaspoon ground cardamoms
nutmeg
6 dessert spoons sugar
pinch of saffron
1? cups of water
1 cup of milk

Method

  • Put on milk and water to boil
  • Mix on low heat ghee and semolina take to the sink and add the boiling milk
  • Add the rest of the ingredients sprinkling the cardamoms and nutmeg on the top
