Marishian Fried Fish

Preparation time: 10 Minutes   Quantity: Serves 3-4 as starter   Cooking time: 6 - 8 minutes

Ingredients

2 Fish fillets cut into finger size(fish fingers)
salt
FOR THE BATTER
2 tablespoons tablespoon cornfour
4 tablespoons self-raising flour
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 fresh lemon
Salt to taste
Water to mix

Method

Marinate the fish fillets in salt and lemon and leave for 10 minutes
Make the batter by mixing enough water to make a medium consistancy. The batter should not be runny.
Dip the fish fillets into the batter and deep fry. Fry on meium heat till crispy.
