Mint Yoghurt

Ingredients

4 dessert spoons of low fat natural yoghurt
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon (or slightly more) garden mint sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 desserts spoon milk or single cream
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Serve with Koftas, Bhajais or Tandori chicken
