Ingredients
2 cups chapattis flour
3 dessert spoons cooking oil
Clarified butter ghee (for shallow frying)
water
Method
- Melt ghee
- Mix dough (chapatti flour, oil and water)
- Make dough into medium balls then roll out thinly
- Apply ghee and sprinkle dry flour than roll into parcels
- Then roll again and put on the hot griddle
- Cook without ghee on medium heat turning twice
- Then add a little melted ghee, cook for a few seconds then turn onto the other side and put on more ghee
- Cook on both sides until you see brown specks, turning a couple of times
