Cooking time: less than 1 minute

Ingredients

2 cups of chapatti flour (8oz)
3 dessert spoons of sunflower oil

Method

  • Mix oil and flour adding hot water to knead
  • Break off a tiny piece of the mixture
  • Roll out very thinly put on a griddle
  • Cook first side for 15 seconds (until you see brown specks) then approximately 30 seconds on the other side.


  • If you want to freeze the Chapattis do not apply butter
  • Put under the grill to rise then butter lightly
