Egg in a Duvet
This has to be one of the most delicious and quite healthy breakfasts of all. Mouth wateringly scrummy.
Preparation time: 2 Minutes Quantity: Per person Cooking time: 4 - 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 large warm croissant
1 large slice of smoked salmon
1 to 2 eggs depending on the appetite
Method
- Warm the croissant, split and lay the salmon into it
- Poach the egg(s) and lay on top of the salmon
- Enjoy
