Stuffed Tomatoes

Preparation time: 10 minutes   Quantity: Serves 4   Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

4 - 6 medium tomatoes
4 - 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
30g/ 1 oz soft butter
1 clove garlic - crushed
1 tablespoon chopped oregano fresh
seasoning

Method

  • Cut the tomatoes in half, threw the middle
  • Scoop out a little pulp
  • Mix the pulp with the ingredients together
  • Spoon back in to the tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes in a medium oven on a greased tray
