Chocolate Mint Crisps - Matchmakers

These are good. It’s like making your own matchmakers, only better.

Preparation time: 12 minutes or so   Quantity: 30 x 5g matchmakers (small strips)  

Ingredients

1 x 100g bar dark 70% cocoa chocolate
1 capfuls / 15 ml cream de menthe
40 g / 1 & 1/2 oz demerara sugar

Method

  • Melt the chocolate
  • Stir in the menthe and sugar
  • Spread on to a piece of grease proof paper allowing a decent thickness (2 - 3 mm)
  • Allow to set in the fridge or somewhere very cool
  • Cut in to twigs / strips and serve
