Chocolate Mint Crisps - Matchmakers
Preparation time: 12 minutes or so Quantity: 30 x 5g matchmakers (small strips)
Ingredients
1 x 100g bar dark 70% cocoa chocolate
1 capfuls / 15 ml cream de menthe
40 g / 1 & 1/2 oz demerara sugar
Method
- Melt the chocolate
- Stir in the menthe and sugar
- Spread on to a piece of grease proof paper allowing a decent thickness (2 - 3 mm)
- Allow to set in the fridge or somewhere very cool
- Cut in to twigs / strips and serve
