Bliss Balls VII - The Middle Eastern One

These Bliss Balls are 3 bite sized (ok - one for some) plum sized balls of goodness. This recipe is flavoured with Figs, Hazelnuts and Cardamon. Try the recipe search to check out our other Bliss Ball recipes - all varied, easy and totally healthy.

Ingredients

100g dried figs
50g hazelnuts
20g / 1 heaped tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon tahini paste
30g raisins or currants
1 teaspoon runny honey
2 tablespoons oats (any)
3 cardamon pods - seeds removed and crushed

Method

  • Pulse in a food processor the figs, nuts and seeds until lightly chopped but not mushed
  • Spoon out in to a bowl and add everything else
  • Mix well and make sure the tahini is spread out in the mix
  • With damp clean hands firmly mould in to plum sized balls
  • Rest / set in the fridge for 10 minutes or until needed
