Ginger Pork
Preparation time: 10 minutes Quantity: Serves one Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
90 - 120g pork fillet
2 cm ginger - peeled and grated
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
twist/ pinch black pepper or szechuan pepper - ground
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
- Slice the pork in to 1cm. circles/ pieces
- Marinate in the ginger, soy and pepper
- Leave for 30 minutes or so
- Heat the two oils
- Fry of the pork on both sides until brown, firm and cooked
- Serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds
