A simply dish serve with noodles or rice or as part of Japanese tapas.

Ingredients

90 - 120g pork fillet
2 cm ginger - peeled and grated
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
twist/ pinch black pepper or szechuan pepper - ground
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

  • Slice the pork in to 1cm. circles/ pieces
  • Marinate in the ginger, soy and pepper
  • Leave for 30 minutes or so
  • Heat the two oils
  • Fry of the pork on both sides until brown, firm and cooked
  • Serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds
