Sour Cream, Dill and Cucumber Dip

Fresh Dill has an aniseed taste, which compliments fish, goes with white meat or plain dipping crisps. Alternatively bind with an assortment of blanched vegetables and egg for a Russian Salad.

Ingredients

1 pot/ 250 - 280 ml sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 grated cucumber
seasoning
