Roasted New Potatoes with Sea Salt and Balsamic Vinegar

Tasty, very very tasty!
How about trying these with a mayonnaise based dip and serve at a party in a big bowl with cocktail sticks.

Preparation time: 5 minutes   Quantity: Serves 4 -6   Cooking time: 35 - 45 minutes

Ingredients

450g/1 lb. new potatoes (same size if possible)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 heaped teaspoon sea salt
6-8 twists of black pepper
2 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar

Method

  • Wash the potatoes
  • Place them in a bowl add olive oil sea salt, balsamic vinegar and a few twists of pepper
  • Place in a roasting tin and bake for 35 - 45 minutes until soft, crinkled and golden
