Mustard and Honey Roast Parsnips
For a variation use any mustard you like for this dish,you could even try horseradish sauce or you could replace the honey with a sweet maple syrup!
Preparation time: 10 minutes Quantity: 1-2 parsnips per portion Cooking time: 30 - 40 minutes
Ingredients
1 –2 parsnips per portion
1 tablespoon olive oil per person
1/2 tablespoons course grain mustard per person
1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Peel cut parsnips in t0 1/2s length ways
- Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil , honey, mustard , season mix well and then spread out on a tray
- Roast on 170c or gas 5 for 30 /40 mins
