Antipasto - assorted hot
A fantastic starter, light lunch, evening savoury snack or serve on a big platter for a group of friends to share with a rustic loaf of bread and a good glug of virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
Antipasto Items to choose from -
pan fried chorizo
meatballs with tomato sauce
hot smoked salmon
breaded cockles
garlic prawns
battered mussels in shells
warm olives with herbs and garlic
chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables
aubergine salad
chickpea salad
roasted peppers
breaded risotto balls
Grilled goats cheese
pan fried hallomi slices
Serve with a spoon full of pesto or
sun dried tomato paste or
tepenade
Method
- Simply choose your favourite selection around 5 - 7 items and present rusticly on a large plate
- Serve with bread and olive oil
- Portion sizes - 1 -2 heaped tablespoon or 30g/1oz - 60g/2oz per item, 2-3 slices meat, 60g/2oz fish or a hand full!!!
