Malaysian B.b.q Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
8 boned out chicken thighs-skin removed
4 cloves garlic- crushed
1 teaspoon grated galengal/ginger
2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 finely diced green chilli
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon Nam pla- thai fish sauce
1/2 can/200 ml coconut milk

- Marinate the chicken with the rest of the ingredients
