Maple Yogurt Ice Cream

This is an extremely quick and easy ice-cream recipe, best eaten as soon as you have made it because it doe’nt keep well.

Preparation time: 10 - 15 minutes   Quantity: Makes 4 portions   Cooking time: no cooking required

Ingredients

200 ml whipped up cream whipped with 1 tablespoon of sugar
200 ml Greek yogurt (approx. ½ tub)
4 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Add in to an ice cream machine or freeze in a container giving it a stir every 30 minutes until set
