Coffee Bean Syrup
This goes really well with chocolate desserts and citrus tarts, or blend into a coffee mousse for an added coffee flavour

Ingredients
100g/ 4 oz sugar
100 ml /4 fl oz water
10g/ ½ oz coffee beans
Method
- Boil all ingredients to a syrup for approx. 5 minutes
