Spaghetti Italian - Pasta
Preparation time: 5 minutes Quantity: Serves one Cooking time: 10 - 14 minutes
Ingredients
3 oz / 90g spaghetti
oil and salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
60 ml double cream
20g grated parmesan cheese - fresh
seasoning
Method
- Cook the pasta in boiled salted water (use the time on the back of the packet as they all vary) with a touch of oil
- Drain
- Place back in the pan or a frying pan
- Add the oil and heat through
- Add the cream and turn up the heat till the pasta is coated and the cream thickened
- Add the parmesan and season to taste
- Serve with some butter crispy bread
