Cajun Pork Chop
Multiply as needed. If the fat puts you of pork, just trim it of. Trim pork contains less calories then battery reared chicken.

Ingredients
1 plump pork chop
1 heaped teaspoon Cajun spice
1 teaspoon oil
Method
- Season the pork with the Cajun spice and allow the spice 10 - 20 minutes to permeate in to the chop
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or chargrill with no oil
- Fry the pork chop for several minutes each side until golden
- Finish of cooking in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until cooked. Gas 8 / 230*c / 475*f
Tip - Pork tastes divine just cooked, not pink or raw as pork needs to be cooked through out but you don’t have to sacrifice it. If your not sure cut it open and have a peek, but prod it with your finger - if the meat feels firm with no springiness then it is cooked.
