Mixed Riata
Cooking time: no cooking required
Ingredients
1 carrot - chopped
1 small onion - chopped
1 tomato - chopped
1/2 cucumber - chopped
1 medium tub of natural yoghurt
chilli powder
add salt before serving
powdered cumin seeds (put one large teaspoon of cumin in hand and rub well)
cream optional
Method
- Put all ingredients in a dish
- Add the yoghurt and cream, mix in salt just before serving
