Chapatti
Cooking time: less than 1 minute
Ingredients
2 cups of chapatti flour (8oz)
3 dessert spoons of sunflower oil
Method
- Mix oil and flour adding hot water to knead
- Break off a tiny piece of the mixture
- Roll out very thinly put on a griddle
- Cook first side for 15 seconds (until you see brown specks) then approximately 30 seconds on the other side.
- If you want to freeze the Chapattis do not apply butter
- Put under the grill to rise then butter lightly
