Diced -
Bananas
Kiwis
Mango
Paw paw
Apples
Pear
Grapes
Oranges
Satsuma segments
Pineapple
etc etc etc
Method
- Use wooden bamboo skewers and thread an assortment of chunky cut fruit on –
or use tinned fruits as long as your getting 5 a day somehow, tinned is still good but try to get fruit in natural juice and not sugar syrup
