Chilli Strawberry chocolate roulette
A fun and tastier version of Chocolate roulette- cause strawberries go well with chilli and chilli goes well with chocolate - its better than shrimp paste.
Play chilli roulette – by taking it in turn to eat the chocolate strawberry,s until one of you gets the HOT one.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes Quantity: Makes 12 strawberry chocolates Cooking time: just melting time
Ingredients
12 medium strawberries
1 slice fresh red chilli
1 bar/150g dark chocolate
Method
- Hull the strawberries (remove the green top)- chose one strawberry to inject with the slice of chilli- by inserting a small slit by a sharp knife and push the chilli inside
- Melt the chocolate over a Bain Marie (in a bowl over a pan of simmering water)- or melt by short bursts in the microwave
- Dip the strawberry’s in the chocolate- so they all look the same- and present on a big plate
- Play chilli roulette – by taking it in turn to eat the chocolate strawberries
