Fruity Curried Rice

Ingredients
100g/ 4 oz raw weight - cooked rice
1 teaspoon curry paste
2 tablespoons yogurt
½ diced apple
1 tablespoon raisins
2 spring onions sliced (or ¼ small white onion)
seasoning
Method
- Mix together cooked rice, curry paste mixed with yogurt ,diced apple,raisins,spring onions
- Season and serve
