Method

  • Simply choose your favourite selection around 5 - 7 items and present rustically on a large plate
  • Serve with bread and olive oil
  • Portion sizes - 1 -2 heaped tablespoon or 30g/1 oz - 60g/2 oz per item, 2-3 slices meat, 60g/2 oz fish or a hand full!!!
