Grated Raw Salad
Grate or use the mandolin for fine strips of crisp vegetables.
For a totally fat free dressing squeeze on some fresh lime and a few dashes of rice wine vinegar.

Ingredients
2 large carrot-peeled
1/2 celeriac -peeled
2-3 raw beetroot - peeled
1/2 mooli (white radish)-peeled
seasoning
Add a sauce-optional

- Grated carrot, celeriac, raw beetroot and mooli dressed with a little dressing or bind with yogurt or mayonnaise
