Watermelon Juice

Watermelon acts as a good cleanser - and don’t waste the skin - try making CookeryClubs watermelon rind chutney.

Ingredients

250g/1/2 lb skinned, de-seeded watermelon
1 glass cloudy apple juice
ice
few leaves of mint

Method

  • Whizz watermelon and apple juice and serve on ice with a few leaves of mint
