Chilli Whizz
Chillis don’t only pack a hot punch they serve up a nutritional wack as well - vitamin A,C,E- the ACE vitamins = antioxidents.
Preparation time: 5 -10 minutes Quantity: Serves 2
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate ice-cream
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
½ fresh red chilli (with or without seeds- depending on how hot you want it!)
½ pint/300 ml full fat milk (or semi)
splash of cream (optional)
½ lime squeezed (optional)
Method
- Whizz or blend well all ingredients
serve
