Exotic Dried Fruit Delight - Drink

We all know what prunes give us - but they all so give us brain power as well as lowering cholesterol

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes   Quantity: Serves 2   Cooking time: no cooking required

Ingredients

2 oz/ 60g of prunes
2 oz/ 60g apricots
6 tablespoons of micro- waved boiled milk
1 oz desiccated un-sweetened coconut
½ pint milk - any
1 pot mango or banana yogurt
ice

Method

  • Soak the prunes and apricots in the micro- waved boiled milk for 10-25 minutes -

leave until cool

  • Whizz with the coconut, milk and yogurt
  • Pour on to ice and serve. (beware the colour will be a little muddy- but will taste exotic)
