Blackberry and Ice-cream Froth

Ingredients
200g /8 oz fresh blackberries
½ pint/ 300 ml milk
2 scoops ice-cream
1-2 tsp golden syrup
Method
- Blend and whizz the top layer till bubbly and frothy
- Pour in glasses and enjoy
