Frozen Raspberry and Almond Shake

Raspberries are a good source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, vitamin C and B3, while almonds pack a punch with zinc, folic acid and vitamin E.

Ingredients

250g / 8 oz frozen fresh raspberries
60g/ 2 oz ground almonds
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
2/3 pint/ 400 ml any milk

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together and serve
