Berry Smoothie

An antioxidant punch -smooth and healthy

Ingredients

A hand full of fresh summer berries
1/2 tub/ 220g any yogurt
1/2 pint/ 300 ml milk
1 tablespoon of honey

Method

  • Blend the summer berries with the yoghurt and milk
  • Sweeten with the honey
