Pitta Pizzas
Try making this quick and easy version of individual pizzas, with pitta bread used for the bases. Fantastic for weightwatching
Preparation time: 10 minutes Quantity: 1 per portion Cooking time: 6 - 7 minutes
Ingredients
1 pitta bread per portion
CookeryClubs home-made Tomato sauce
Toppings of your choice
grated cheese to top
Method
- Cut out small circles of pitta bread
- Top with tomato sauce then your favourite topping i.e. Hawaii =ham and pineapple, spicy beef, pepperoni etc. then grated cheese then bake
