Ingredients

1 pitta bread per portion
CookeryClubs home-made Tomato sauce
Toppings of your choice
grated cheese to top

Method

  • Cut out small circles of pitta bread
  • Top with tomato sauce then your favourite topping i.e. Hawaii =ham and pineapple, spicy beef, pepperoni etc. then grated cheese then bake
