Bliss Balls VIII - Joy of Food

Joyful balls of Bliss. Perfect for the lunch box, for breakfast on the move or simply for the afternoon snack serve with a banana milkshake for a healthy filler packed full of natural goodness.

Preparation time: 10 minutes   Quantity: makes 12 balls of bliss  

Ingredients

8 x dried apricots – chopped very small
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
5 tablespoons oats
pinch cinnamon
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Method

  • Simply mix everything together by hand
  • Mould with clean damp hands in to plum sized balls
