Pineapple Salsa Dip

A great acidic, zesty dip - great with B.B.Q foods or as a sauce with grilled fish or seafood or simply with tortilla chips.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes   Quantity: Makes 100g or so  

Ingredients

3 tablespoons finely diced fresh or tinned pineapple
1 small finely diced red onion
1/4 finely chopped red chilli
1 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 finely diced orange or red pepper
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Method

  • Just mix all ingredients together and season
