Egg en Cocotte - Baked Egg
Why not try cooking on a bed of spinach, blanched cabbage or leeks. You could even add extra flavours like chilli, garlic, ginger or chopped onions.

1 whole egg
2 tablespoons milk or cream
salt and pepper
Method
- Crack the egg in to a small dish (ramekin)
- Add the milk or cream
- Season
- Bake in a medium oven for 10-15 mins until the egg is cooked and the yolk still runny
