Indian Style Sausages - Chicken Tikka Sausages
A Classic Indian dish translated in to the Great British Banger.
Serve in warm Naan Breads with cool Riata.

Preparation time: 1 hour + Quantity: Makes 8 - 10 portions Cooking time: 10 - 15 minutes
Ingredients
500g minced chicken
50g minced fat or fatty bacon
1 finely diced/minced medium white onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon Tikka Paste
2 teaspoons tomato pure
70g fresh soft white breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
15 twists black pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together, well and leave to marinade overnight
- Stuff in to soaked sausage skins- see chocolate sausages for method
