German Style white Sausages Veal, Pork, Cream, Beer and Juniper Berry
These remind me of Disneyland where in a castle we ate white boiled sausages with really sweet mustard. So you could try steaming these Sausages, or simply grill them and serve with Sauerkraut and garlic Mash.

Preparation time: 1 hour + Quantity: Serves 8 - 10 Cooking time: 10 - 15 minutes
Ingredients
300g minced pork
200g minced veal
100 ml/4 fl oz white beer
1 clove crushed garlic
6-8 crushed Juniper berries
100 ml/4 fl oz double cream
1 whole egg
1 extra egg white
80g fresh breadcrumbs
1/3 teaspoon salt
15 twists black pepper
Method
- If you have time leave the beer to soak in to the meat overnight or at least 30 minutes
- Mix everything else in to the meat and leave to infuse for 20 minutes or so
- Stuff in to soaked sausage skins- see chocolate sausages for method
- These sausages can be boiled and served with a sweet mustard
