Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon Dressing
Angle Hair is one of the fresh pasta setting on a domestic pasta machines, fresh pasta only takes a couple of minutes to boil and can be made in less than 15 minutes - honestly!
Preparation time: 5 minutes or so Quantity: Serves 2 Cooking time: 8 - 12 minutes
Ingredients
6 oz / 150g angel hair pasta or spaghetti
salt and oil
2 lemons - zest and juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 oz /50g grated fresh parmesan
8 - 10 basil leaves - torn
seasoning
Method
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, with the zest, a touch of oil and salt
- Drain
- Meanwhile whisk the lemon juice, oil and parmesan together
- Mix with the hot pasta and add the basil
- Serve
