Spaghetti Italian - Pasta

An extremely easy, extremely tasty, extremely quick pasta dish. Multiply as needed.

Preparation time: 5 minutes   Quantity: Serves one   Cooking time: 10 - 14 minutes

Ingredients

3 oz / 90g spaghetti
oil and salt

1 tablespoon olive oil
60 ml double cream
20g grated parmesan cheese - fresh
seasoning

Method

  • Cook the pasta in boiled salted water (use the time on the back of the packet as they all vary) with a touch of oil
  • Drain
  • Place back in the pan or a frying pan
  • Add the oil and heat through
  • Add the cream and turn up the heat till the pasta is coated and the cream thickened
  • Add the parmesan and season to taste
  • Serve with some butter crispy bread
