Baked Clementines

This is a different and easy, light dessert - suitable to serve with ice cream or thick pouring cream.

Preparation time: 5 minutes   Quantity: Serves 2   Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

3 clementines
3 heaped brown sugar
3 teaspoons cointreau
few drops vanilla extract
pinch mixed spice

Method

  • Place the halved clementines in a heat proof serving dish
  • Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spoon divide between the 6 halves
  • Bake in a preheated oven gas 6/180*c for 20-25 minutes
