Holy Mackeral on the Mountain
Preparation time: 5 minutes Quantity: Serves at least 2 Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
peppered mackeral
good quality potatoes
onion
4 garlic cloves
horseradish sauce or cream
2 pak choi or rocket
olive oil
Method
- Peel and cube the Potatoes
- Peel and chop the onion
- Peel the garlic
- Boil and then mash the potatoes, onion and garlic
- Steam the pak choi for 5 minutes
- Create a mountain of mash on a hot plate and spread a layer of horseradish on top and then lay the rocket or halved pak choi on top of that
- Finally lay the the pepered mackeral on top and serve
