B.B.Q Cured Meats
I first discovered cured meats taste lovely grilled, pan-fried or B.B.Q-ed when I was short for meat in summer and had a huge slab of palma and a foot of chorizo in the cupboard
Preparation time: 5 minutes Quantity: As needed Cooking time: 5 - 6 minutes
Ingredients
One or a selection of -
Palma Ham
Chorizo Sausage
Salami
Polish Sausage
Pepperoni
Method
- Slice in to thick slices
- Simply B.B.Q with no added oil, turning over after a few minutes
- The natural oils will come out of the meat and form a lovely chewy, light golden crust
- Serve with an assortment of salads as a starter or with other B.B.Q- ed meats
