Mild Chilli Glaze / Dressing / Marinade
A quick and simple store cupboard use up, to make a sauce suitable for a marinade, glaze or dressing. It will store in the fridge for a few weeks. For a quick supper - marinade a chicken breast, grill and baste while cooking.
Preparation time: 10 minutes Quantity: Makes approx.1/2 pint
Ingredients
100 ml chopped tomatoes in juice
80 ml olive oil
80 ml Thai chilli sauce
40 ml rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon paprika
seasoning to taste
Method
- Simply whisk everything together or whizz in a processor
