2 red chillies
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 red pepper
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
seasoning

  • De-seed the pepper and chilli
  • Finely dice
  • Wizz/process with the rest of the ingredients
