Grate or use the mandolin for fine strips of crisp vegetables.
For a totally fat free dressing squeeze on some fresh lime and a few dashes of rice wine vinegar.

1/2 celeriac -peeled
2-3 raw beetroot - peeled
1/2 mooli (white radish)-peeled
seasoning

  • Grated carrot, celeriac, raw beetroot and mooli dressed with a little dressing or bind with yogurt or mayonnaise
