Chicken Wings marinated in lemon, chilli and honey

A great food to share, well if you like them

Preparation time: 10 minutes   Quantity: Serves 4   Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

12-16 chicken wings
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 lemons zested and juiced
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1/2 tablespoon oil
1 fresh green chilli, chopped with seeds
seasoning

Method

  • Score the wings a few times to let the marinade absorb in to the bone!
  • Mix all the other ingredients together and rub well in to the winglets
  • Leave to marinade overnight or for 30 minutes minimum
  • B.B.Q, grill or bake for 20-25 minutes till firm and golden brown
  • Serve with a cooling yogurt dip
