Bliss Balls II - The Peanut Butter and Prune One
Small plum sized balls of goodness, a bit like round soft un-cooked flapjacks only better for you. Try making for picnics, lunch boxes or just for between meal healthy treats (approx. 120 calories each).

Preparation time: 10 minutes Quantity: Makes approx. 10 Cooking time: no cooking required
Ingredients
125g porridge oats
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter (smooth will work too)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or runny honey
50g raisins
80g dried prunes - finely chopped (stones removed of course)
40 ml / 3 tablespoons any milk
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Tip - You can use any milk to bind and soften the Bliss Balls mix like soya, rice, cows, full fat, semi skimmed - what ever you’ve got or simply use the equivalent in water or even juice.
Method
- Simply mix the whole lot together
- With clean wet hands mould in to small balls the size of plums (approx. 40-50g each)
- Store in the fridge to set a little, until needed
