Cherry Tomato, Avocado and Olive Salad
A simple easy salad- also nice with mozzarella and torn basil leaves. Avocado although high in calories contain the right sort of fats and half an avocado every now and then can help with weight loss as part of a healthy eating diet.

8-10 cherry tomatoes- halved
1 avocado -skinned, de-stoned and diced
8-10 black olives
1 tablespoon olive oil
