Chocolate and Almond Crunchy Pot
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes Quantity: Serves 4
Ingredients
1 bar -100g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
1 pot/250g Mascarpone cheese
1 measure Amaretto liqueur
50g/ 2 oz caster sugar
6-8 Amaretti Biscuits -crushed
Method
- Melt the chocolate in short bursts in the microwave or over a bain marie
- Meanwhile mix the sugar with the liqueur
- Meanwhile beat the Mascarponi
- Then mix everything together -including the crushed Amaretti biscuits
- Spoon in to individual bowls or glasses
- Chill in the fridge till needed
